About ShadowSeraph

Call me Knight. I'm a proud graduate of a Christian School. I'm also an aspiring novelist, influenced by New York Times Best Selling Author Ted Dekker. Like Dekker, I write about struggles between good and evil, but also about the psychological struggles we all have with people every day. I'm also an amateur illusionist inspired by (you guessed it) Christopher Sarantakos A.K.A. Criss Angel. My favorite movie is Batman Begins, and my favorite book is Showdown by Ted Dekker. My favorite video game is Devil May Cry (I hate demons.) While my taste in music is varied, my favorite groups are Demon Hunter, Black Stone Cherry, and 3 Doors Down.

I think that there is nothing greater on this planet than love. As a Christian, I see Jesus as the standard by which we should measure our love. Jesus loved everyone, and I believe he still does. He didn't hate people, he just hated the evil in their hearts.

Next to love is truth, the one great absolute. I take heart in the fact that there are absolutes in this world. Light cannot becomes darkness, and good cannot become evil. The wise can see this, but more importantly, they can teach others this knowledge.

On the other hand, I believe that at least one thing is subjective: normalcy! If you have ":weird" friends, what would you find stranger: them acting the way you expect, or for them to conform to your brand of "normalcy?" There is no such thing as normal, everyone on the planet is weird, except you, which makes you weird!
